Blogging in a Different Timezone

I have been keeping this 'streak' of posting something every day for a couple of months now.

I was keen to keep the streak going during this trip to the USA, but how do you define a daily blog when the timezone you are normally in and the timezone you are visiting are 5 hours out?

I decided to keep with the normal timezone, although this did cause me some issues. If I fail to write a post during the day, I normally will write one in the evening before going to bed. But now I need to write it before 7pm, which has nearly caught me out a few times when having dinner out.

Not long to go now and I will be back to the previous Timezone.
