My wife has ADHD[ref] Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder[/ref] and was discussing the symptoms to a friend. She explained how she struggles to prioritize any list of tasks and the only way to cope is to just work on the first task that comes to mind. This is often inefficient and leads to low priority tasks getting completed while jobs that need to get done, aren’t.

Her friend responded “oh, so you can’t triage”.
