This morning we had to get ourselves ready for a trip. Rather than trying to fight pack with the kids, we sent them off to spend the morning in nursery like they normally would be.

So we had the house to ourselves, no kids and distraction free, for four hours to get ourselves packed. Of course it wasn’t completely distraction free, we still had access to the internet.

In the end, we picked up the kids about 5 minutes later than planned. Not too bad but we definitely couldn’t blame this one on the kids.
